CJC or Clinics as Signatory on Amicus Brief or Advocacy Letter: If the Community Justice Clinics (CJC) or an individual clinic is a signatory on an amicus brief or advocacy letter, the advocacy does not purport to present UC Law SF’s institutional views, if any. The Community Justice Clinics is made up the following clinics: Business Tax Practicum, Immigrants’ Rights Clinic, Individual Representation Clinic, Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, Mediation Clinic, Medical Legal Partnership for Seniors Clinic and the Refugee & Human Rights Clinic. Those clinics and any other clinic mentioned are directed by professors whose names are provided in the links in the previous page.
