Together, these offerings equip participants with the practical skills, perspective, and experience needed to excel in dispute resolution across diverse practice settings.
Student Opportunities
Academic Courses
From our introductory negotiation class to advanced courses, most CNDR offerings enroll small groups of 16 students or fewer. Core courses immerse students in both the theoretical and practical aspects of dispute resolution, and teach the skills and law necessary for sophisticated legal practice.
